David Robinson, co-founder and principal of Upturn, will discuss how increased automation using data shapes people's lives in areas such as criminal justice, finance and education. The lecture will present a timely glimpse into how new technologies affect both public policy and individuals.
David Robinson co-founded Upturn while attending Yale Law School and is also a graduate of Princeton University and Balliol College, Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. Upturn acknowledges that technology impacts nearly every major social issue working with clients, including the U.S. House of Representatives, and helping them understand new technologies and what they mean for public policy.
