Randy Michels Click Here is a member at the Nashville office of Stites and Harbison. His practice is focused on the litigation of patent, copyright and trademark matters and has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in various phases of litigation, from pre-trial investigations through appeals. In addition to litigation, Michels advises clients in connection with the selection, clearance, registration, maintenance and protection of trademarks. He also helps clients recover domain names that have been pirated.

Melissa Smith Click Here is an associate in the Nashville office of Stites and Harbison where she is a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Service Group.
