Stephen Hartke, Oh Them Rats is Mean in My Kitchen! (1985) for two violins

Henry Cowell, Homage to Iran (1959) for violin, piano and percussion

Gabriela Lena Frank, Tres Homenajes: Compadrazgo (2007) for piano quintet

Influences of China, Peru, Iran and the American blues flavor this recital of music by American composers, featuring the choreography and dancing of Jen-Jen Lin (artistic director of the Chinese Arts Alliance of Nashville) and the music of Gabriela Lena Frank, guest composer at Blair during the 2018-19 season.
