Our days are often filled with noisy surroundings and endless chatter. If you are interested in learning techniques to access the quietness that resides in all of us, then join us at the Law School for a meditation practice. Meditation is helpful tool to manage stress, increase academic performance, and as a means to become less reactionary in everyday situations. All levels welcomed. No experience is needed.
