Have fun learning the art of boxing while getting fit this Fall! This non-contact, six week, co-ed boxing class at the Rec will be taught by USA Boxing coach and certified personal trainer, Tramaine Crook. All boxing levels are welcome and participants should come to class prepared with their own boxing gloves and hand wraps.
Session 1: 6-week classes offered September 5 – October 15 – CLASSES FULL
Session 2: 6-week classes offered October 22 – December 5 – Registration opens October 1.
