¡BLAIR! Presents Ritmos Argentinos

¡BLAIR! (Blair’s Latin American Initiatives and Resources) presents this joint program bringing together Blair’s large instrumental ensembles with the Nashville Tango Club and guest clarinet soloist Bil Jackson. The orchestra takes on Alberto Ginastera’s Variaciones Concertantes, while the winds perform a lively set of tango tunes, including works by Michael Gandolfi, Gerardo Matos Rodriguez, Mariano Mores and Astor Piazzola.

Presented with gratitude to Martha Ingram for her generous support of the Blair School, made in memory of Kenneth Schermerhorn to honor his 22 years as conductor of the Nashville Symphony

This event is free and open to the public. Parking is available in the West Garage (2500 Children's Way) free of charge.
