Guided Meditation

Join us in the Center for Student Wellbeing for a 30-minute guided meditation practice.  With practice, meditation helps to quiet the mind, build resiliency, reduce stress, and enhance attention - all of which contribute to better learning.  Meditation sessions are open to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students as well as faculty and staff.
