GCC Career Talk Series with Mason Ji

Are you interested in working in the United Nations? Do you want to learn more about the rising turmoil in northeast Asia? Are you hoping to connect with a Rhodes Scholar and an incoming law student? Please join Global China Connection in welcoming Mason Ji, an accomplished young professional working in law and politics, to campus on January 9th at 7 pm in Kissam MPR.

Mason Ji is a 2016 Rhodes Scholar and former delegate to the United Nations General Assembly. He started working at the UN at age 18, where he worked on the issues of nuclear disarmament, human rights, and climate change in the General Assembly First, Second, and Third Committees. He was recognized as 25 under 25 Leaders in US-China Relations. Mason graduated summa cum laude from Yale University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Global Affairs and Political Science. He graduated from the University of Oxford in 2017 with a Master’s of Science in Global Governance and Diplomacy. He has published in both English and Chinese.
