Advocacy and Collaborations: Working Together to be a Voice for the Profession

Peabody College will be hosting a roundtable discussion on November 30 to initiate conversation around best practices for educators when working with policymakers. The main topic of discussion will be the relationship between educators and policymakers and pathways for each party to obtain and provide views on educational issues. Camilla Benbow, Patricia and Rodes Hart Dean of Education and Human Development at Peabody, will make opening remarks and Catherine McTamaney, lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Studies in Peabody’s Department of Teaching and Learning will moderate the event.
