Join VRWC group fitness instructor, Nephie, in our guided meditation class on March 29th at 5:30pm!
This class is meant to help support participants on the road to creating and/or maintaining a regular daily practice. We will do a centering meditation, hear from texts on a topic, guided meditation, and silent mediation. Meditation techniques sample from a variety of different traditions.
